Appointment Cancellation Requests, Policy and Fees
There are a number of ways to cancel your appointment if you are unable to attend:Ìý
For appointments in Halifax:
- From the text or email appointment reminder you receive. Ìý
- From the Medeo appointment dashboard if you've booked through the Medeo online booking portal.
- Online using the Cancellation Form below.Ìý
- By phone at (902) 494-2171 during office hours.

24 hours' notice during business hours is required for cancelling an appointment.Ìý

Please remember that appointments with healthcare providers are limited and we want to ensure that we can serve as many students/patients as possible. Cancelling an appointment with at least 24 hours' notice helps to ensure that the appointment can be filled by another person in need of support.

Our cancellation policy applies to medical appointments with our doctors and our psychiatrist. There is no fee for a missed appointment with our nurses or counsellors, but 24 hours' notice is still appreciated for cancelling an appointment.
