The Schulich Law and Technology Society (LATS) invites members of the law school community to a panel discussion about careers in tech law. Hear what shaped our panellists' legal practices and the advice they have for those interested in careers at the intersection of law and technology.

Speakers include:

Haley MacLean (Voyer Law) has carved out a niche in video game law, supporting game developers across Canada
Sean Farmer (Schulich School of Law) is pursuing his PhD while teaching at Weldon, following several years working in 'big tech law'
Charlotte Henderson (Stewart McKelvey) manages a practice in intellectual property, privacy, and technology at one of Atlantic Canada's leading firms

As a McCall MacBain Scholar, you will connect with mentors, develop your leadership skills, and receive full funding to start a master's or professional degree at McGill University.

The scholarship covers all tuition and fees, plus a living stipend of $2,300 per month during academic terms, summer funding options, and a relocation grant.

The AV��ֲ� Journal of Legal Studies invites members of the Schulich Law community to its 14th annual Think Tank event.

The Think Tank is designed to showcase law students’ academic work, giving them a chance to present publicly, and to get feedback on their papers from an academic panel that may help guide the direction of their research.

The student with the winning presentation receives a $300 cash prize and the opportunity to publish their research in the next volume of the journal; each runner-up receives $200.

This year's presenters will be announced in late March.
