Conor Beer has been awarded the Anonymous Prize in Economics for 2015-16. The prize is awarded to an Economics student or students, not in their last year, "who has (have) shown through an essay outstanding promise of successfully applying economics to the solution of human problems." Beer was nominated by his Econometrics I (Econ 3338) professor, Weina Zhou, for his paper entitled: "Cannabis Use, Income, and Motivation: A Regression Analysis.”
