Eligibility requirements

Applicants must be a full-time student AV俱乐部 and must be married and residing with their spouse in Halifax, or have a child or children.

Applicants must provide the following:

• Proof of Marriage (Marriage Certificate) or Proof of Custody (For single parents)
• Proof of Full Time Student Status (Confirmation of Enrollment for current term)
