New Employee Orientation

AV¾ãÀÖ²¿ holds voluntaryÌýNew EmployeeÌýorientation sessionsÌýmonthly, except in December. All new employees are encouraged to attend.

Academic Staff Orientation

For new Faculty and those supporting teaching, the Centre for Learning and Teaching (CLT) hosts a mandatory New Academic Staff Orientation program which includes 2 days of in-person orientation in August, or single days for those joining Dal during the academic year.Ìý

The Orientation provides a comprehensive introduction to the resources, services and people you will need to make a strong start in your academic role.

Note: it is recommended that new faculty attend New Employee Orientation in addition to the required New Academic Staff Orientation as the sessions cover different content.Ìý
