team interaction

Upcoming Workshops:

November 10, 2025 – Communications Workshop
This interactive session will explore a wide range of the factors that determine one’s communication effectiveness in the workplace. From individual self-awareness and confidence building to problem solving and challenging conversations, participants will leave the session with both reflections and strategies to boost their ability to be an effective contributor and team member.

November 14, 2025 – Professionalism Workshop

This interactive seminar explores what professionalism really means in the modern workplace, and why it matters from day one. Through discussion and real-world examples, students will reflect on how behaviours like accountability, communication, and etiquette shape how they’re perceived by colleagues, clients, and leaders.   The session also draws a link between professionalism and leadership potential, highlighting how small, everyday actions contribute to long-term career growth. While preparing for their future career, students will leave with new perspective and practical strategies to build trust, show up with confidence, and contribute meaningfully in professional environments.

February 17, 2026 - Team Management
This full-day workshop helps engineering students develop practical skills for managing teams and leading effectively. Through interactive discussions and activities, participants explore team dynamics, communication, motivation, and conflict resolution while learning what distinguishes strong managers from effective leaders. The session also introduces key principles of project team management and leadership styles suited to different environments. By the end of the workshop, students gain tools and insights to manage teams with confidence, foster collaboration, and adapt their leadership approach to achieve team success.
