Academic Success Program

The Schulich School of Law Academic Success Program helps to foster academic excellence and engagement by providing accessible and inclusive tools, instruction, and resources to students to support their academic success.泭Current students can access more information about 泭on the internal SharePoint site (AV整氈窒 Login Required).

Academic Advising

Academic advising can help students plan for success, navigate challenges, access resources and supports, and explore topics such as program requirements, course selection, certificates, experiential learning, part-time study, withdrawals, or leaves of absence.

Faculty Advisors

Students progressing into 2L are matched with a faculty member, who is then available to them in the period leading up to course registration. Students and their faculty mentors have the opportunity to discuss academic and career trajectories in law, including courses of interest, practice areas, or general advice and planning.

Academic Peer Mentors

1L students are matched with upper-year students who provide peer support and guidance on study skills and learning strategies. Throughout the academic year, upper-year mentors lead sessions, open to any student to attend, covering topics such as study skills, exam strategies, and learning from lectures.
