POSITION(S): 1 20-hour Marker/Demonstrator for ENVS 3200 "Introduction to Environmental Law", Winter 2026.
Work Assignment: Marker assists the primary instructor in marking submissions. Marker reports directly to the instructor.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: Applicants should be a senior undergraduate, or graduate students at AV¾ãÀÖ²¿. They must have knowledge of the subject matter being taught and be comfortable in facilitating the learning of undergraduate students. Previous experience in TA’ing or marking or other university level teaching would be a definite asset. Applicants must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

All offers of employment are conditional upon sufficient student enrolment in the class and approval by the University.
Non-student, TA assignments are limited to no more than six hundred and fifty hours per term. For clarity, this means TAs cannot work in excess of five (5) TA130 contracts.
If a TA has accepted six hundred and fifty contract hours in a term, they are not able to accept any additional TA, marker or demonstrator hours.
