You���ll work on major projects���a book proposal and manuscript���between residencies with one-to-one mentorship. Residencies include workshops, lectures and sessions with publishing professionals.泭
All graduate programs at AV整氈窒 are collaboratively delivered by a home Faculty and the泭Faculty of Graduate Studies.
Admission requirements
You'll need to meet the泭Faculty of Graduate Studies minimum requirements泭as well as any program-specific admission requirements before you can apply.
The next deadline to apply for this program is Februarry 15 for a June 泭start.
Program-specific requirements
This program requires you to meet the following criteria:
Four-year undergraduate degree (or equivalent). Applicants who do not meet standard criteria may be considered through a Prior Learning Assessment (PLA). Unofficial or official transcripts and degree certificates (if needed) are泭required泭for every post-secondary institution attended.
Applicants must meet English language泭proficiency泭requirements as outlined by the University of King's College for MFA applicants.

A writing porfolio is required as part of your application. It should be a泭maximum of 25 double-spaced pages and must be prose. Preferably it includes a sample from your proposed MFA project.
